Ryan,

I build my legal arguments around three prepositions.

"My reasoning is superior to the lower court's"

"My opponent's argument is beneath contempt"

"Ruling in my favor will advance the cause of justice"

Jon

PS

I hope you are doing well and your sales are through the roof.

I am curious, as someone without formal legal training, how this method would potentially impact (and in what fashion) a plethora of issues I take with both a railroaded felony case, as well as terms of sentencing and whether or not some elements are lawfully appropriate, as what I have seem for information, gives me the impression of judicial overreach and a near impossible task of holding one or more judges to account for clearly corrupt agendas and their influence on decisions made. (i.e. not foregoing or suspending sentence by default, pending appeals process. (In my case, zero priors, no history of the crime alleged, and heavy amounts of police and judicial misconduct on very flimsy and ludicrous, and possibly illegitimate grounds.
